It is Safe Within

It is safe within because there is peace there – God is there within. It is unnecessary – all the processes, rituals – drop into your body – it is safe within. It’s where the heart is – saying I love you – stay with me – speak to me – do with me.

It is safe within. It is safe within. It is safe within. It doesn’t matter what is going on out there – it is safe within. It’s always there – the safe within. It calls to me – the safe within. There is no fear here, no worry, no panic – because it is safe – no need to do anything – just be with the safe within.

You can feel it at the centre of your being – the safe within. It’s warm, and soft, and comfortable. Nothing to do – just safe within. Be still with the safe within. Right at the centre of your being – go there. From there you can watch in peace. Be still, be still, be still with the peace within. You are safe.
