WHAT DOES IT MEAN CLAIMING YOUR POWER WITHIN?
It has become very clear to me, now in my seventies decade, that it means the answers we seek on our life path are really found within ourselves. Looking within can be amazing and challenging and everything in between.
However, in my experience, it is from this place that we find our innate power to create our own reality. It is, therefore, important to acknowledge this power within, claim it, get to know it and use it to create the life we desire. As we go about this, we find out more and more about ourself.
On this site you will find a selection of some of the perspectives, experiences, teachers, and resources that have influenced my own perceptions as I have travelled this path.
As you look around this site, perhaps you will see the thread of progression. It started with a strong draw to spiritual information of all kinds, to energy and frequency exploration, to experiences of multidimensionality such as mediumship, light language speaking and writing, and storytelling for children. And it continues to recently offering Light Language and Mediumship Services (see Services section on this site).

What is the Language of Light? Wendy Kennedy, a long time speaker of Light Language, describes it succinctly as a frequency of sound, light, vibration and information. I understand that it by-passes the logical mind and yet can offer a remembrance of who you are – a multidimensional being.
Perhaps you may have heard Light Language. It can sound like someone speaking something that doesn’t make sense to you. It may sound like a foreign language you don’t know, or vaguely reminiscent of something ancient, or even gibberish. It may sound crazy but it is quite amazing. More and more people are beginning to speak, write and sing Light Language. Some are finding it can be used to help themselves and others manage the challenges in their lives – physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I am a Light Language speaker and writer. It started with the writing around the same time as my training in shamanic practices in 2012. I then noticed it had been showing up in my art for some time but I didn’t know what it was then. I was attracted to the monthly energy updates on YouTube by Jamye Price, a Light Language healer and teacher (www.jamyeprice.com). Eventually I started to speak Light Language and read Jamye’s book about it (Opening to Light Language: Humanity’s Evolution into Multidimensional Communication). In 2016 when Jamye offered Light Language training (introductory and for practitioners) in Sedona, Arizona, I didn’t hesitate to attend all of it. Since then I have taken Light Language guidance from Wendy Kennedy (www.higherfrequencies.net) and shared it with friends.
You will find here recordings of my Light Language transmissions. My intention is to offer you an opportunity to experience Light Language and its benefits. There is nothing you need to do, just sit back, listen and relax. I would welcome your feedback on your experience.

By offering this service I intend to – help you realize that there is a greater reality than the one we physically experience – and – that Love never dies.
Each session includes – a grounding meditation – a Light Language transmission focused on Love – and – communicating with someone who has passed.

I started creating art 4 years after I retired in 2000 after 33 years of working full time.
I had never been involved with doing arts or crafts growing up, unlike today where art is offered to children at school and other places.
I began art classes wishing to paint flowers and tried a variety of subjects and mediums over the years. My favourite to this day is intuitive abstract art. I like the spontaneous free flow of it providing something unknown that can speak to each observer differently.

I am a relatively “late bloomer” on the spiritual path, having first been drawn to spiritual information around 2004. From the beginning I was fascinated by the subject of human consciousness. At this time I was introduced to the work of Lee Carroll (Kryon), Geoffrey Hoppe (Crimson Circle) and Rik Thurston (Trance Channeling).
As my life experience accumulated (as a daughter, sister, auntie, student, friend, wife, stepmother-grandmother-friend, government employee, artist, caregiver, teacher, widow) so did my spiritual knowledge and self-practice.
Over the years, I have undertaken training in QiGong, Reiki, Sound Healing, Shamanic Practices, Crystal Healing, Trance/Channeling, Light Language and ICU (children reading blindfolded).
Today I am a medium, a light language speaker, a teacher, an artist, a student of astrology, numerology, the evolution of human consciousness and life. I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
